INFORMATION FOR BACK TO SCHOOL NIGHT

Thursday, October 3, 2019 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. September 19, 2019 Dear Parent(s)/Guardian(s): In order for our students to be successful, the school and home must work in partnership. During Back-To-School Night, our professional staff will speak to you about your child’s instructional program. Teachers will provide you with information related to expected performance levels, grading policies and curriculum. This information will be helpful in ensuring that your child has a successful year. The program will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. through 8:00 p.m. In addition, the evening will be scheduled as follows: Fifth grade parents should report to their child’s classroom. Grade 6 parents will report to the Auditorium; Grade 7 parents to the All Purpose Room, and Grade 8 parents to the Library. Special area teachers and members of the support staff will also be available during specific times for each grade. Please see the schedule posted on the reverse side. Please note: There will not be sufficient time to discuss individual students with teachers. If you have concerns specific to your child’s needs, you should schedule an appointment to meet with your child’s teacher and/or team. INFORMACIÓN PARA LA NOCHE DE REGRESO A LA ESCUELA

jueves, 3 de octubre de 2019 7:00 – 8:00 p.m. 19 de septiembre de 2019 Estimado(s) Padre(s)/Tutor(es): Para que nuestros estudiantes tengan éxito, la escuela y el hogar deben trabajar en asociación. Durante la Noche de Regreso a la Escuela, nuestro personal profesional le hablará sobre el programa de instrucción de su hijo. Los maestros le proporcionarán información relacionada con los niveles de desempeño esperados, las políticas de calificación y el plan de estudios. Esta información será útil para asegurar que su hijo tenga un año exitoso. El programa comenzará puntualmente a las 7:00 p.m. hasta 8:00 p.m. Además, la noche se programará de la siguiente manera: Los padres de quinto grado deben presentarse en el salón de clases de su hijo. Los padres de grado 6 se presentarán al Auditorio; Padres de Grado 7 a la Sala de Todos los Propósitos, y Padres de Grado 8 a la Biblioteca. Los maestros de área especial y los miembros del personal de apoyo también estarán disponibles durante horarios específicos para cada grado. Consulte el horario publicado en el reverso. Tenga en cuenta: No habrá tiempo suficiente para discutir a los estudiantes individuales con los maestros.
