World Forum Travels to Belize Wil Maheia, a member of the World Forum Nature Action Collaborative for Children, treated Bonnie Neugebauer with tours to Kindly Adventist Preschool, Bright Star Preschool, Pueblo Viejo Preschool, and Belcampo Agroresort. Throughout, he demonstrated his credo: “If you do good, then good will come to you.” Bonnie also visited Delfena Mitchell, National Representative and International Organizing Committee member, who recently stepped up to take on leadership of the Working Group for the Rights of Children in Children’s Homes. Together, they toured Liberty Children’s Home, where Inclusion Working Group member Dacia Tillett is Principal of Liberty Preschool. Delfena also arranged a visit with the First Lady of Belize, Kim Simplis Barrow, who was a delegate to the 2011 World Forum in Hawaii. As a strong advocate for women and children, Kim remarked, ”The World Forum is something First Ladies should be involved in. . . . Don’t give up!”
