We acknowledge and encourage the belief that parents are the first teachers of faith, and as such, we are here as a resource for parents to help their children grow in the love of God. 6th-8th Grade The Edge program is a Junior High Youth program which teaches and engages our Jr. High students to live their faith daily. The Edge holds weekly meetings to discuss various topics. They attend the Archdiocesan Youth Rally and hold an annual Spring retreat. They also provide social opportunities for the youth to gather and get to know each other in a less formal setting. 9th-12th Grade Life Teen ... serves the church by providing resources and faith experiences that help lead teens closer to Christ. This is accomplished by a vibrant Eucharistic spirituality and by creating opportunities for teens to grow in their faith -Life Teen web site The Life Teen program meets weekly to discuss and explore problems and religious issues relevant to youth today. Additionally, they hold two yearly retreats and participate in the Steubenville Conference in June, as well as providing service opportunities throughout the year. Coordinator:

Quinceañera Young women who are interested in having a Quinceañera at St. Mary’s must attend an information meeting one (1) year in advance. They must be currently enrolled AND attending classes (EDGE or Life Teen) on a weekly basis for at least three (3) years prior to the requested Quinceañera date and their family must be registered in the Parish.
