HACER TAPPING ¡ES MUY FÁCIL! La técnica es muy fácil de aprender y solamente toma uno o dos minutos para completar toda la ronda. Con las yemas de los dedos índice y medio se aplican ligeros golpecitos sobre doce puntos meridianos del cuerpo en los que se concentran los bloqueos emocionales. Se puede estimular tanto el lado derecho del cuerpo como el izquierdo.
