Para el desarrollo de un Proyecto internacional en Europa, buscamos 9 perfiles profesionales cuyas características y requerimientos se especifican a continuación. For the development of an international project in Europe, we are looking for 9 professional profiles which are described below. In case of interest and matching the specific requirements please send your CV to [email protected] including in the subject the reference of the specific profile.

• Ref-01. Team Leader: Médico, con Máster en Salud Pública o Gestión Hospitalaria, con más de 12 años de experiencia en gestión hospitalaria y fortalecimiento de sistemas de salud y reestructuración/reingeniería de procesos en hospitales terciarios.

• Ref-01. Team Leader: A medical doctor with a Master’s degree in public health, or hospital management/administration and more than 12 years of experience in hospital management and health systems strengthening as well as in restructuring/reengineering tertiary hospitals.

• Ref-02. Profesional Universitario: Máster en Gestión Hospitalaria, con al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión en hospitales terciarios y experiencia en reestructuración/reingeniería de procesos o modernización de sistemas de gestión hospitalarios.

• Ref-02. University professional with Master’s degree in Hospital Management, with not less than 10 years of experience in tertiary hospitals management and experience in restructuring/reengineering or modernizing hospital management systems

• Ref-03. Médico: Máster en Salud Pública y especializado en medicina interna, con al menos 10 años de experiencia en el diseño, revisión y/o actualización de protocolos médicos, y el diseño e implementación de sistemas de referenciación de pacientes en al menos 3 casos similares con hospitales terciarios.

• Ref-03. A Doctor of Medicine, a Master degree in Public Health and specialist of Internal medicine with not less than 10 years of experience and specific experience in the design, review and/or update of medical protocols and in the design and implementation of referral systems in not less than three similar contexts (tertiary/secondary hospitals and in similar countries.

• Ref-04. Profesional Universitario: Ciencias de la Informática y Máster en Diseño y Arquitectura de Software, con al menos 5 años de experiencia en programación y al menos 10 años de experiencia en gestión de sistemas de información. Debe contar con al menos 3 experiencias (acreditadas) en el desarrollo y adaptación de sistemas de información en Hospitales Terciarios.

• Ref-04. University Professional for the computer sciences with a Master’s degree in Software Design, Architecture and not less than 5 years of experience in programming, not less than 10 years or experience in the area of management information systems and with not less than three successful experiences in development or adaptation of Tertiary Hospital Management Information Systems.

• Ref-05. Profesional Universitario del area de la salud, Máster en Salud Pública y certificación en mejora continua de la calidad. Con al menos 10 años de experiencia en mejora continua de la calidad en el ámbito sanitaria y con al menos 3 experiencias (acreditadas) en la implantación de Sistemas de calidad y mejora continua en hospitales.

• Ref-05. University Professional from the Health Area with a Master’s degree in Public Health and certification on Continuous Quality Improvement, with not less than 10 years of experience in continuous quality improvement in the health sector and not less than 3 successful experiences in implementing CQI systems in tertiary hospitals.

• Ref-06. Profesional Universitario del area de la Farmacia con Máster en Gestión Farmacéutica o Gestión de Farmacia Hospitalaria. Con al menos 6 años de experiencia en hospitales terciarios.

• Ref-06. University Professional from the health area in Pharmacy with a Master’s degree in pharmacy management or hospital pharmacy management and not less than 6 years of experience in tertiary hospital management.

• Ref-07. Profesional de las Ciencias de la Comunicación: Máster en Comunicación Sanitaria, Educación para la Salud o equivalente.

• Ref-07. University Professional from the Communication Sciences with a Master’s degree in Health communication, Health education health promotion or its equivalent.

• Ref-08. Economista: Máster en Economía de la Salud y al menos 5 años de experiencia en planificación económica en el sector sanitaria u hospitalario, con conocimiento y experiencia acreditada (al menos 3 experiencias) en el diseño e implementación de planificación financiera hospitalaria basada en resultados/desempeño.

• Ref-08. University professional from Economic area with a Master’s degree in Health economics and not less than 5 years in economic planning and programming for the health sector and specifically for hospitals, and proven knowledge and experience (not less than three successful experiences) in the design and implementation of results /performance based financing planning and programming for hospitals.

• Ref-09. Enfermera/o, colegiado/a y especializada en Gestión de Enfermería, con al menos 10 años de experiencia en Gestión de Enfermería en hospitales terciarios y al menos 2 experiencias acreditadas en implantación de gestión basada en resultados/desempeño.

• Ref-09. Chief Nurse, a registered nurse with specialty in hospital nursing and Nursing Management, with not less than 10 years of experience in Nursing Management in tertiary hospitals in similar countries and not less than 2 experiences in implementation of results/performance based management.
