Birth Certificate or Passport - If you are the legal guardian or foster parent, you must bring your ID letter or legal documents for verification. ONLY parents and/or legal guardians can register child Immunization records Recent Physical Examination Address verification – Electric (PSE&G), Home telephone, Cable/Dish, Water or property tax bill under either one of the parent’s names 

If the utility bills are included in your rent and/or they are not in either of the parents’ name, bring an Affidavit of Resident form notarized and signed by the person that the utility bills come to or to whom you rent from and one of their CURRENT utility bills and any CURRENT official mail in either of the parents’ names (For Example: Pay stub, Bank statement, Credit card, Medical or Cell phone bill).

All current Pre-Kindergarten (PK4) students must register for Kindergarten. It is important that you register your child early so he/she will have a placement at their zone school.

Certificado de nacimiento ó Pasaporte – Si usted es el guardián legal o padre adoptivo tiene que traer la carta de identificación o documentos legales para verificación. SOLAMENTE madre, padre o guardianes legales pueden matricular a los niños. Tarjeta de vacunas Copia del Examen Físico más reciente Verificación de dirección: Recibo de Electricidad, gas, teléfono, cable, agua o impuestos de propiedad en el nombre de madre o padre.  Si estos recibos están incluidos en su renta y no están en el nombre de madre o padre, traiga un formulario de Declaración Jurada del Residente notariada (escrita en inglés) firmada por la persona a quien le llega los recibos y que haga constar que usted vive allí; además un recibo reciente de utilidad a nombre de esa persona. También traiga cualquier correo oficial que recibe en esa dirección (por ejemplo; Colilla de pago, Estado de cuentas de banco, Recibos de; Médico, Tarjeta de crédito o Celular). Contrato de alquiler o cuentas de celulares no son aceptadas

Todos los estudiantes Pre-escolares (PK4) deben matricularse para asistir al kindergarden. Es importante que matricule a su hijo/a temprano, para que puedan ser ubicados en la escuela de su localidad.
