CNC Milling Operator / CNC Miller We are looking for a CNC Milling operator / CNC Miller for a company in Flanders ( Belgium )The company works in Petro chemistry, automotive industry, food, and construction , and focusses on service and quality. This company has gained a solid reputation for a comprehensive customer base, which is located in most industrial sectors around Antwerp. Their machine park is so expanded that they can produce small to medium-sized workpieces, in almost all materials such as steel, stainless steel, plastic, non ferrous, special alloys. Duties : You will be responsible for using milling machine You're able to read & understand the technical drawing and can work independently You do the complete setting of the machine, like precising the 0-position, setting the correct tools You have to work very accurate and precise to make sure your first piece is correct. After finishing the piece, you do the necessary quality checks, using different measuring tools Work in 2 shifts. You have to program in Heidenhain You have experience with 3 Axis machines

Profile : - You have a technical knowledge / background. - Experience in setting CNC-controlled machines - You set up machines independently and produce existing and new semi-standard products. - Setting the cutting tools, and adjusting the diameter for certain programs. - Working with a lathe is not a problem for you. - You are also in charge of the daily and weekly maintenance of the machines and the workshop - You perform visual and dimensional inspection of the products produced. - You register the results of the inspection and fill in the documents. - You are orderly and have responsibility. - You are motivated and you have a hands on mentality. - you are ready to work in 2 shifts. - you have a proven experience in programming Heidenhain - Experience with VICTOR is an asset .
