Welcome to the new home of Town ‘N Country Baseball! In order for you to keep up with the most current league news, we need you to register as a new user on the site. If you do not do this, you may be missing out on important information regarding events, game schedules, etc. ¡Bienvenido a la nueva casa de la ciudad y país béisbol! 1. Click on Register in the top right hand corner of your site. Haga clic en registro en la esquina superior derecha del sitio.

2. Fill out the New Customer Primary Contact section on the Login screen. Then click on Create New Account. Rellene la sección de nuevo contacto con el cliente principal en la pantalla de inicio de sesión. Haga clic en crear nueva cuenta.

3. Fill out the Primary Contact Information section. Be sure that you include additional parent information. When you put your spouse/significant other/other parent information, the system will send him/her and invite to register. They will be tied to whatever child is playing so everyone is able to receive important information for that child. Click on Continue. Rellene la sección de información de contacto principal. 4. You will select your role. Most of you will select that you are a parent. If you are coaching AND have a child playing, you will select the first option. If you have no child playing but you are a coach/team manager/player agent for the league, then you will select the middle option. No one will be selecting the last option. Selecciona tu rol. 5. You will fill out the participant(player) information for each child. Leave it as “NO” the participant is not the primary account holder because you (the parent) are the primary account holder. Here you can upload a scanned copy of the birth certificate. If TNC already has your child’s birth certification, then you do not have to do this. DO NOT enter an email address or cell phone for the child unless they have one and you want them to receive league texts and emails. Your child(ren)’s address will default to the primary account holder address. There is a button to another participate if you have more than one child playing. 6. You will now register your child to play in the current season. The system will default to show you the division he/she is eligible for. You will notice the fee is set to $0 because you have already paid for your child’s fall registration. Click on +REGISTER. Once you do so, it will change to say “Selected” You will do this for each child if you have multiple children playing this fall. Then press Continue. 7. You will then enter Emergency Contact information for your child(ren) and mark that you have read the Medical Release, Player/Parent Responsibilities, and Parent Code of Conduct. 8. Next, you have the opportunity to let us know if you are interested in any of the volunteer roles that we have available. If you do not know if you want to volunteer, you can select “I do not wish to volunteer at this time”. You will be able to view volunteer and sign up for volunteer opportunities through your main account page. If you are interested in the current opportunities, we cannot guarantee that you will put in those roles. Your information will be shared with the Board and if a position is still open, you may be contacted. Team Parent is the “Team Mom” but we did not want to leave out the dads! ;) A continuación, usted tiene la oportunidad de dejarnos saber si usted está interesado en cualquiera de los roles voluntarios que tenemos disponible. 9. If you selected that you want to volunteer, it will ask that you select which of the participants would like to volunteer for that role. Once you select the person, click “Continue” and now your name will be enter into a pool of volunteers. 10. The next page will ask for the volunteer to list his/her personal information, check if you have ever been convicted of a felony/crime and ask for specifics. If you are volunteering as a coach, then it will ask you what practice days/times you would prefer. It will have an area to enter special requests such as “I would like to be the team mom for Evan’s team only.” La siguiente página te preguntará por el voluntario lista su información personal, verifique si usted nunca ha sido condenado por un crimen de delito mayor y solicitar datos específicos. 11. The next page is the registration summary. You will note that is says that $0 is due. You have already paid your registration in cash, check, or through the old League Lineup site for the fall season. If this was a new season such as Spring, then you would see a new dollar amount listed that would need to be paid. Just click “Continue.” La página siguiente es el resumen del registro. 12. 13. It will ask you to confirm everything. Again, it shows $0 owed at this time. If it was the Spring season, you would see a total of what would be owed. 14. You’re done! And guess what? You will not have to enter this information again! The only thing we ask is that you keep it updated! You will now you will begin to receive TNC related emails and texts! Your child will be assigned to his/her respective teams before the new season begins. You will see game/practice schedules and get important updates from the team manager/coach/team parent. ¡Listo! ¿Y adivinen qué? Usted no tendrá que introducir esta información otra vez!
