Diamond Pads

An innovative method for daily floor maintenance that cleans and polishes unprotected stone floors by using floor pads prepared with billions of microscopic diamonds. The diamond impregnated side of the pad is colored and works as a wear indicator. The user must consider the type of floor being finished when determining whether the dust is hazardous. TASKI Twister pads are not intended for use on any flooring containing asbestos and should not be used with such materials. Before using TASKI Twister pads, make sure that the flooring you are working on does not contain asbestos. Concrete, terrazzo, stone and some vinyl composition tile (VCT) floors may contain crystalline silica. Burnishing operations on these floors may release crystalline silica as dust. Repeated exposures to respirable crystalline silica may have serious adverse health consequences. When dry burnishing unfinished floors containing crystalline silica, work in a well-ventilated area, use engineering controls or personal respiratory protective equipment that meet local regulatory requirements.
