Sew wedges together. After which you will have created something beautiful to hang on your wall or include as the center of a quilt.

Supplies: Fabrics Color A: 3/4 yard Color B: 2/3 yard Color C: 5/8 yard Color D: 1/2 yard Color E: 1/2 yard Color F: 1/3 yard Color G: 3/8 yard – Accent Strip Color H: 1 ¼ yards - Background Binding: 1/2 yard Sewing machine in good working order & that you are familiar with. A 1/4” foot is very helpful for this project as accurate 1/4” seams are crucial. Basic sewing supplies: scissors, rotary cutter, mat, pins, chalk marking pencil, pencil & paper for notes, rulers, thread to match, etc.

Preparations for Class Please come to class with your Strips cut. Cut Fabrics Colors A through F 1/4” wider than stated in cutting instructions. Example: Color A says to cut 21 1/2”. So cut 21 3/4”. Label fabric strips as you cut them. I used small sticky notes. Example: Color A would be labeled – A 21 3/4” If strips are cut before class we will get more accomplished.
