Serial Numbers: All CUSTOMER CONCERN: Customer notices that the unit is filling with more water than necessary to wash the load size. Customer may call it overflowing, leaving the impression that the unit is filling with water to the point of overflowing onto the floor, when in fact it does not overflow, but simply has more fill than the customer anticipated. CAUSE: The customer has interrupted the fill cycle to observe the Auto Load Sensing feature or to add an item of clothing, etc. to the load. CORRECTION: The unit is operating as it is designed. In a properly operating washer, the Auto Load Sensing cycle MUST go through a sequence to evaluate how many clothes are in the load, to attain the proper water fill level. The Auto Load Sensing sequence will first fill to a low water level. Then it will agitate for about 10 seconds and pause, to monitor the water absorption rate of any clothing not wet from the low water level. It will then, if necessary, fill to the appropriate water level before beginning the wash agitation cycle. If the Auto Load Sensing cycle is interrupted by lifting the lid during the fill cycle it will cause the unit to revert to its default setting - a full fill. It defaults to the high water level to protect the clothing from being agitated with too low of a water level. Advise the customer that the unit is operating as it is designed; to protect the customers’ clothes and that interrupting this first fill sequence will cause the unit to default to the high water level.

Números de serie: Todos QUEJA DEL CLIENTE: El cliente nota que la unidad se llena con más agua de lo necesario para lavar la carga de cierto tamaño. El cliente podría llamar esto desbordamiento, dando la impresión de que la lavadora se llena con tanta agua que llega al punto de desbordarse sobre el piso, siendo que en realidad no se desborda, simplemente se llena más de lo que el cliente esperaba. CAUSA: El cliente ha interrumpido el ciclo de llenado para observar la característica de Detección automática de carga (Auto Load Sensing), o para agregar una prenda, etc., a la carga. CORRECCIÓN: La unidad está funcionando como se ha diseñado. En una lavadora que funciona correctamente, el ciclo de Detección automática de carga (Auto Load Sensing) DEBE realizar una secuencia para evaluar cuántas prendas se encuentran en la carga, y así alcanzar el nivel de llenado adecuado. La característica de Detección automática de carga (Auto Load Sensing) primero llenará la máquina hasta un nivel bajo de agua. Luego agitará por aproximadamente 10 segundos y hará una pausa, para controlar el nivel de absorción de prendas que no se hayan mojado con el nivel bajo de agua. Después, si es necesario, se llenará hasta el nivel apropiado de agua antes de comenzar el ciclo de agitación del lavado. Si el ciclo de Detección automática de carga se interrumpe abriendo la tapa durante el ciclo de llenado, esto hará que la unidad regrese a su ajuste por defecto: un llenado completo. La máquina vuelve al nivel de agua alto para proteger las prendas de ser agitadas con un nivel de agua muy bajo. Informe al cliente que la unidad está funcionando como fue diseñada; para proteger las prendas del cliente, y el interrumpir esta primera secuencia de llenado provocará que la unidad regrese al ajuste por defecto de nivel de agua alto.
