Members of the Investment Community, Following certain requirements by the Mexican Banking and Securities Commission (“CNBV”), Red de Carreteras de Occidente, S.A.B. de C.V. reissued its 2018 Annual Report, and its 3Q2018, 4Q2018 and 1Q2019 Reports, in order to comply with the CNBV’s request. The new disclosure of said Reports was made through the STIV-2 and EMISNET platforms. It is important to note that the amounts mentioned in the original Reports did not change with respect to the new issuance. Likewise, it is important to mention that the Quarterly Reports were only modified in their XBRL format, and that certain information was completed in the Annual Report, in accordance with the relevant regulations.
