Reaching 10-Star status in less than three years, Raymond “Mony” Farrach has made quite a splash among Zrii’s top producers. Motivational Speakers: C. Thomas Gambrell and Gerald D. Rogers then took the stage to speak about the importance of cultivating the right mindset. They challenged the group with an intriguing metaphor: Are you setting the temperature in the room or merely settling in at someone else's temperature? A true leader sets the mindset for him or herself and for his/her team. Facebook Training and 1 Week to 1-Star: Next, the audience welcomed Matt Ward, V.P. of Global Sales, to the stage for a timely and relevant presentation about using Facebook and social media the right way to grow your business. The take-away? Too many people try to recruit and sell directly through these forums, instead of using the tools to connect and pique interest. Mr. Ward also spoke about the importance of getting committed to clean eating and teaching your team members how to be committed as well. 7-Star Dallas Baldri of the HD Group expanded on the theme of committing to the steps to success in Zrii. "Your goal is to make 1-Star in one week," he said. "Everything else flows after that." Your Circle of Influence: President A. K. Khalil was up next and he gave an incredibly important, all-new presentation about the building blocks of growing a team the right way. He showed how to guide new recruits to success step-by-step by doing, not telling—by working directly with your team members, rather than handing them the steps and expecting them to do it themselves. By doing these simple things with your new team member, you alleviate the biggest hurdle that all new Independent Executives need to overcome: presenting and selling before they feel prepared. Oklahoma’s flat, dry landscape has always given birth to ambitious, colorful characters, from Cattle Annie and Little Britches out of the old west to Woody Guthrie, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks and Brad Pitt. For as long as she can remember, Nikki Rowton dreamed about being in a line of work where she and her family could help as many people as possible.
