Reaching 10-Star status in less than three years, Raymond “Mony” Farrach has made quite a splash among Zrii’s top producers. But for Mony, the buck doesn’t stop with 10-Star: he wants to go all the way and become Zrii’s first Triple Ruby! He truly has a vision of where he wants to be in life, and builds off the memory of where he has been. Mony describes his prior self as timid, shy and quiet. He grew up in Guatemala City, Guatemala, and through helping with the family business, learned from his parents the principles of work, wellness and responsibility. “My mom is a very loving person, very focused on details. I love her. She has been a great strength in my life. My dad is a very, very healthy person. He set an example of wellness. He is a hard worker, and I take after him on that. My dad is largely responsible for my success in Zrii. He has shown me that you have to work hard to achieve what you want. My dad has always taught me that leadership is service and I never forgot that.” With that solid foundation, he set out on a path that would lead to the life he always dreamed of. How’s this for successful family values? Natalia Bernal is only the second woman in Latin America to achieve 10-Star status. Her husband Diego Gutiérrez is Zrii’s first ever Ruby. Dr. Suhas' presentation gave an in-depth look at the power and wisdom behind each of Zrii's clean, all-natural products. He presented scientific validation for the efficacy of Zrii products and explained why Zrii is the preeminent leader in natural wellness. Next up: recognition! Kalin Hall, Vice President of U.S. Sales, was joined on stage by President A.K. Khalil and V.P. of Global Sales, Matt Ward, to welcome on stage our first group of 90 Day Commitment Club inductees. Each person who made, declared and shared their commitment to clean eating with Zrii for 90 days received an "I Committed" t-shirt—a shirt that every single person within Zrii can earn by doing the same thing. President A.K. Khalil then asked extraordinary couple Emily and John Hawkins to remain on stage to acknowledge publicly what Zrii's clean products have done for them: together they have lost a whopping 200 pounds! Motivational Speakers: C. Thomas Gambrell and Gerald D. Rogers then took the stage to speak about the importance of cultivating the right mindset. They challenged the group with an intriguing metaphor: Are you setting the temperature in the room or merely settling in at someone else's temperature? A true leader sets the mindset for him or herself and for his/her team. Facebook Training and 1 Week to 1-Star: Next, the audience welcomed Matt Ward, V.P. of Global Sales, to the stage for a timely and relevant presentation about using Facebook and social media the right way to grow your business. The take-away? Too many people try to recruit and sell directly through these forums, instead of using the tools to connect and pique interest. Mr. Ward also spoke about the importance of getting committed to clean eating and teaching your team members how to be committed as well. 7-Star Dallas Baldri of the HD Group expanded on the theme of committing to the steps to success in Zrii. "Your goal is to make 1-Star in one week," he said. "Everything else flows after that." Your Circle of Influence: President A. K. Khalil was up next and he gave an incredibly important, all-new presentation about the building blocks of growing a team the right way. He showed how to guide new recruits to success step-by-step by doing, not telling—by working directly with your team members, rather than handing them the steps and expecting them to do it themselves. By doing these simple things with your new team member, you alleviate the biggest hurdle that all new Independent Executives need to overcome: presenting and selling before they feel prepared. V.P. of Global Sales Matt Ward returned to the stage with some provocative questions: "Have you ever thought you were born to do more? If so, how will you accomplish those bigger dreams?" Oklahoma’s flat, dry landscape has always given birth to ambitious, colorful characters, from Cattle Annie and Little Britches out of the old west to Woody Guthrie, Reba McEntire, Garth Brooks and Brad Pitt. Maybe it’s because there’s plenty of room to dream big on the wide-open plains. For as long as she can remember, Nikki Rowton dreamed about being in a line of work where she and her family could help as many people as possible. Long before she knew how she would accomplish it, she focused on her purpose. While majoring in accounting at the University of Central Oklahoma, she began dating her future husband Rusty.
