CURSO DE PROMOTORAS/ES PARA LA IGUALDAD ENTRE MUJERES Y HOMBRES MODALIDAD SEMIPRESENCIAL: DURACIÓN DEL PROGRAMA FORMATIVO 200 HORAS: CON 130 HORAS TEÓRICAS Y 70 PRÁCTICAS
OBJETIVOS: Formar para el empleo en puestos relacionados con la promoción de la igualdad. Capacitar en conocimientos teóricos y prácticos que posibiliten la actuación profesional como promotoras/es de igualdad de oportunidades entre mujeres y hombres. Cualificar en técnicas y recursos para la prevención de las discriminaciones de género. Favorecer el conocimiento y análisis sobre la Legislación, las Políticas y los Planes a favor de la Igualdad de Oportunidades. Dotar de recursos, técnicas y pautas que promuevan la igualdad.
CONTENIDOS: FASE TEÓRICA MÓDULO 1: EL CONCEPTO Y LA PSICOLOGÍA DE GÉNERO. LA CONSTRUCCIÓN SOCIOCULTURAL DE LOS ROLES DE GÉNERO: CAUSAS Y CONSECUENCIAS. MÓDULO 2: ANÁLISIS DISCRIMINACIÓNES.

FASE PRÁCTICA: Se desarrollará del modo siguiente: Impartiendo talleres de empoderamiento para mujeres Realización un estudio o investigación desde la perspectiva de género. Jornadas públicas con ponencias sobre las investigaciones realizadas.
