The Dispute Resolution Center of Snohomish County offers a workshop for tenants and landlords where you will learn: ●

Anti-discrimination Law in housing, Fair Housing: rights and responsibilities under the Fair Housing Act and identification of possible violations.

Your rights and responsibilities as a tenant and landlord.

●

Overview of what Landlords screen for in a Tenant

●

Soft skills on how to resolve conflict constructively

●

A “Toolbox” of resources to assist Tenants in successfully obtaining housing

Participants receive a certificate upon completion that entitles them to free landlord-Tenant mediation and boosts their rental resume.
