Client Services, Offered to people who are HIV+ or affected by HIV because a loved one is infected with HIV: • Case Management • Service Referrals • Housing Referrals/Assistance • Support Groups • Emergency Assistance • Food Pantry • Peer Support • Drop-In Center • Wellness services, to include medical case management, medication education, patient health education Free HIV and STD Testing: Confidential or Anonymous HIV Counseling and Testing, no appointment necessary - walk in • Tuesdays 11:00 am to 7:00 pm • Thursdays 9:00 am to 1:00 pm
