TASTING NOTES Cherry red with high, intense depth, with lightly tile and ruby red edge of glass. Positive notes of mineral, menthol balsamics, laurel, pepper, clove and liqueur. Ever-present fruitiness and blackberry and cranberry preserve, with notes of coffee and chocolate. Highly intense, complex. Coffee and coffee liqueurs appear. Pleasant and warm. A fine balance between tannin and acidity. Ripe red fruit compote, flavourful and delicate.
