Bases 2015

Las bases sobre las que se regirá ExperimentoBIO2015 son las siguientes:

Participantes:

- Puede participar cualquier fotógraf@ a título individual, así como colectivos artísticos. - Se presentará una serie de entre cuatro y seis fotografías. - La técnica es libre. - temática libre, en la que se valorará la creatividad y el riesgo de la propuesta.

Envío de obras:

[email protected]. - El plazo de aceptación de las obras comenzará el 15 de febrero y finalizará el 15 de agosto de 2015. -Todas las obras seleccionadas serán expuestas en el espacio reservado a tal fin en la web de ExperimentoBIO2015. - Las obras se enviarán en formato jpg con una resolución máxima de 72 dpi y un peso no superior a los 200 Kb por cada fotografía. - Las obras premiadas serán remitidas por l+s autor+s en la resolución adecuada para su producción. - Todas las series irán acompañadas de los siguientes datos: 

Título de la serie y, si así fuera, de las fotografías que la componen (se solicitará igualmente que el autor/a indique el orden en el que las fotografías que componen la serie deben ser mostradas)



Nombre y Apellido del autor/a



Dirección



Teléfono de contacto y dirección electrónica

Breve texto (no más de 10 líneas) sobre la serie presentada

Premios:

- De entre todas las obras enviadas se elegirán dos series de dos creador+s. - El premio consiste en la producción y la exposición de la obra en la Sala BilbaoHistoriko, en pleno corazón de Bilbao La Vieja, entre los días 01 y 30 de octubre de 2015. Y un primer premio en metálico de 200 € y un segundo de 100€. - Una vez acabado el período de exposición, las obras quedarán a disposición de l+s artista+s, que serán su únicos dueñ+s legales. - L+s artistas serán en todo momento dueños legales de sus obras. Las obras elegidas únicamente podrán ser utilizadas por la organización del certamen para promocionar la siguiente convocatoria de ExperimentoBIO.

Jurado:

- Los miembros del jurado se reunirán periódicamente para visionar las obras presentadas. Y realizarán una última revisión de todas las series enviadas el día 7 de septiembre de 2015, con el fin de seleccionar las obras premiadas.

- El fallo del jurado se dará a conocer a través de la página de todas las plataformas el miércoles 10 de septiembre de 2015.

- Un representante del jurado se pondrá en contacto con los autor+s seleccionados para la preparación de la entrega de premios.

- El fallo del jurado será inapelable, y los miembros del jurado podrán declarar desiertos los premios en el caso de que las obras a concurso no alcancen la calidad deseada.

- El jurado del concurso tendrá competencia para resolver cualquier circunstancia no prevista en las presentes bases.

La participación en ExperimentoBIO implica la aceptación de estas bases.

Oinarriak 2015

ExperimentoBIO2015 lehiaketaren Oinarriak hauek dira:

Parte-hartzaileak: Edozein argazkilariak parte har dezake baita arte elkarteek ere.  Seriaren gehieneko kopurua lautik seira argazki. Teknika librea da. Gaia librea da. “Elkarrizketa, oroimena, bizikidetza, bakea eta askatasuna.” Aipatutako kontzeptu bati edo batzuei buruzko hausnarketari lotuta egon behar da.

[email protected]. Jasotzeko epea otsailaren 15tik abuztuaren 15era izango da. Bidalitako lan aukeratutako guztiak ikusgai izango dira ExperimentoBIO2015 lehiaketaren weban. Argazkiak jpg formatoan bidali, gehieneko bereizmena 72 dpi izango da eta argazki bakoitzaren tamainua 200 Kb baino ez da izango. Egileek bidali behar dituzte saritutako argazkiak

inprimatzeko bereizmen

egokian. Argazki seriearekin batera datu hauek bidali behar da. Seriearen titulua, eta existitzen bada argazki bakoitzeren titulua. Adierazi behar da argazki ordena ere bai. Egilearen izen-abizenak.

Helbidea. Harremanetarako telefonoa eta helbide elektronikoa Aurkeztutako serieari buruzko testua (hamar lerro baino ez).

Sariak: Jasotako lan guztien artean bi egile desberdinen bi serie aukeratuko dira. Lanaren produkzioa eta erakusketa, BilbaoHistoriko Aretoan, Bilbao La Viejaren bihotzean, izango da saria. Eta lehen garailea 200 € jasoko du. Eta Bigarren saria 100 €koa izango da. Erakusketa bukatu bezain pronto lanak egileentzat izango dira eskuragai. Artistak lanen jabe legalak dira antolatzaileek bakarrik erabil ditzakete saridunen lanak etrokizuneko ExperimentoBIO lehiaketaren saioak bultzatzeko.

Epaimahaia: Epaimahaikideak aldizka bilduko dira aurkeztutako lanak ikusteko. 2015ko irailaren 7an izango da azken berrikustea saridunak aukeratzeko. Epaimahaiaren erabakia zabalduko webgunean 2015ko irailaren 10ean, asteartea. Epaimahaiaren ordezkari bat harremanetan jarriko da saridunekin sari banaketa prestatu ahal izateko. Epaimahaiaren erabakia apelaezina izango da. Sariak eman gabe gera daitezke. Epaimahaiak ebatziko du oinarrietan agertzen ez den edozein gorabehera.

Lehiaketa honetan parte hartzeak oinarriak oso-osoan onartzen direla esan nahi du.

Aken eguna lanak jasotzeko: 2015ko abuztuaren 15ean. Webgunean sariak zabaltzeko data: 2015ko irailaren 10ean. Saridunak jakinazarteko data: 2015ko irailaren 10ean. Lanen erakusketa: 2015ko urriaren 1tik 30era arte.

Basis 2015

The basis on which governed ExperimentoBIO2015 are:

Participants: - May participate any photographer, individually, and in artistic groups. - Present a serie of four to six photos. - The technique is free. - Free themes, in order to assess creativity and risk of the proposal.

Sending works: -

[email protected]. - The period for acceptance of the works will begin February 15 and end on August 15, 2015. - All works selected will be shown in the space reserved for that purpose in ExperimentoBIO2015 web. - The works should be sent in jpg format with a maximum resolution of 72 dpi and a weight not exceeding 200 Kb per picture. - The winning works will be sent by their author in the appropriate resolution for their production. - All series shall include the following information: • Title of the series and, if so, of the photographs that comprise it (it also prompted the author / to indicate the order in which the photographs in the series should be displayed) • Full name of the author • Address • Contact telephone number and email address • Brief text (no more than 10 lines) on the series presented

Awards:

- Of all the works submitted will choose two sets of two creators. - The prize consists of the production and exhibition of the work in BilbaoHistoriko room, in the heart of Bilbao La Vieja, between days 01 and October 30, 2015. And a first prize-money of € 200 and a second of €100. - After finishing the exposure period, the works will be available for the artist, their only legal owners. - The artists shall at all times legal owners of their works.

The selected works may only be used for organizing the event to promote the next call for ExperimentoBIO.

Jury:

- Jurors will meet regularly to watch the entries. And made a final review of all series sent on September 07, 2015, in order to select the winning works. - The jury's decision will be announced through all platforms page on Tuesday, September 10, 2015. - A jury representative will contact the authors selected for the preparation of the awards. - The jury's decision is final and the jury may make final in the event that the works in competition not reach the desired quality. - The jury has jurisdiction to resolve any situation not contemplated in these rules.

Participation in ExperimentoBIO implies acceptance of these rules.
