Dear Parents, Clermont Northeastern Elementary School and Clermont Northeastern Middle School will operate as Title I Schoolwide programs for the 2018-2019 school year. A schoolwide program is a comprehensive reform strategy designed to upgrade the entire educational program in a Title I school; its primary goal is to ensure that all students, particularly those who are low-achieving, demonstrate proficient and advanced levels of achievement on state academic achievement standards. Schoolwide status allows schools to implement programs to improve the learning structures that support student learning combined with effective methods and instructional strategies that are scientifically research based. Schoolwide programs maximize the impact of Title I. This letter serves as a notification to each family that any child throughout the Clermont Northeastern Elementary and Middle School Buildings (K-8) could receive Title I Schoolwide services throughout the school year on an as needed basis. Students will be evaluated periodically and groups will be ongoing and fluid throughout the year. All groups will focus on scientific research based strategies designed to help students make academic gains. All instruction is aligned with Ohio Learning Standards. Estimados Progenitores, Clermont Northeastern Elementary School y Clermont Northeastern Middle School dirigirán como programas de Title I en toda la escuela por el año escolar 2018-2019. Un programa en toda la escuela es una estrategia de reforma completa diseñada para actualizar el programa educativo entero de una escuela de Title I; su objetivo principal es garantizar que todos los estudiantes, especialmente los con bajo rendimiento académico, muestran niveles proficientes y avanzados de logros académicos según los estándares de los logros académicos del estado. Estatus de Title 1 en toda la escuela permite que escuelas puedan implementar programas para aumentar los esquemas de aprendizaje que soportan el aprendizaje de los estudiantes combinados con métodos eficaces y estrategias de enseñanza surgidos en investigaciones científicas. Programas en toda la escuela aprovechan al máximo el impacto de Title I. Esta carta sirve como notificación a cada familia de que cualquier niño en los edificios de Clermont Northeastern Elementary y Middle School (K-8) podría recibir servicios de Title I en toda la escuela durante el año escolar según sea necesario.
