Al llegar el jefe de la guardia y los guardias al templo, llevaron a los apóstoles ante la Junta Suprema, y el sumo sacerdote les dijo: Nosotros les habíamos prohibido terminantemente que enseñaran nada relacionado con ese hombre. ¿Y qué han hecho ustedes? Han llenado toda Jerusalén con esas enseñanzas, y encima quieren echarnos la culpa de la muerte de ese hombre. Pedro y los demás apóstoles contestaron: Es nuestro deber obedecer a Dios antes que a los hombres. When the temple police had brought the apostles, they had them stand before the council. The high priest questioned them, saying, "We gave you strict orders not to teach in this name, yet here you have filled Jerusalem with your teaching and you are determined to bring this man's blood on us." But Peter and the apostles answered, "We must obey God rather than any human authority. The God of our ancestors raised up Jesus, whom you had killed by hanging him on a tree. God exalted him at his right hand as Leader and Savior that he might give repentance to Israel and forgiveness of sins. When it was evening on that day, the first day of the week, and the doors of the house where the disciples had met were locked for fear of the Jews, Jesus came and stood among them and said, "Peace be with you." Creo en Dios Padre todopoderoso, creador del cielo y de la tierra. Creo en Jesucristo, su único Hijo, nuestro Señor. Fue concebido por obra y gracia del Espíritu Santo y nació de la Virgen María. Padeció bajo el poder de Poncio Pilato. Fue crucificado, muerto y sepultado. Descendió a los infiernos. Al tercer día resucitó de entre los muertos. I believe in God, the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary.He suffered under Pontius Pilate.Was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven, and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. Anuncios/ Announcements Reunión de planificación – Nuestra próxima reunión de planificación será el martes 30 de abril a las 6:00pm. Todos están bienvenidos a participar. Retiro Familiar – Sábado el 11 de Mayo de 10:00am hasta 3:00pm, tendremos un retiro familiar donde aprendernos más sobre la Iglesia episcopal. Es totalmente gratis y tendremos almuerzo. Este retiro servirá como preparación para los que quieran ser confirmados, recibidos o renovar sus votos bautismales. Todos están bienvenidos. Confirmación – Sábado el 18 de Mayo será nuestro servicio de confirmación regional en la Iglesia de San Francis en la 70 Highland St, en Holden, MA 01520. Todos están invitados para ir y apoyar nuestro miembros que van hacer confirmados, recibidos o renovados.

Planification Meeting - Our next planifiacation meeting or vestry will be on Tuesday, April 30 at 6:00 p.m. Everyone is welcome to participate. Family Retreat – On Saturday, May 11 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, we will have a family retreat where we will learn more about the Episicopal church. It is totally free and lunch will be provided. This retreat will also serve as preparation for those who want to be confirmed, received or renew their baptismal vows. Everyone is welcome. Confirmation - Saturday May 18th will be our regional confirmation service at St. Francis Church at 70 Highland St, Holden, MA 01520. Everyone is invited to come and support our members who will be confirmed, received or renew their baptismal vows.
