REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION:  Proof of Residence (A utility bill under the parent/guardian’s name. If there is no utility bill under the parent/ guardian’s name, a most current rent receipt along with landlord utility bill for that residence is accepted. If families cannot provide either their own utility bill or rent receipt with landlord utility bill then parent/guardian is required to acquire a notarized host family affidavit that will be provided by the Student Services Office.)  Birth Certificate  Social Security  Immunizations  Parent or Guardian Photo I.D.  Any legal documents for special situations (divorce decrees, legal guardianship, etc.) should be presented at the time of registration by parent or person with legal control of the student.  For Open-Enrollment- Non-Residents of the RGCCISD, must fill out an application at the Student Services Office. ( Interdistrict Transfers) Who is eligible? To be eligible for enrollment, must be:  four (4) years of age on or before September 1,  educationally disadvantaged according to state standards; or  unable to speak and comprehend the English language; or  homeless; or  the child of an active duty member of the armed forces of the United States, including the state military forces or a reserved component of the armed forces, who was injured or killed while serving on active duty; or  foster care status. Each student satisfying the requirements will be admitted if his/her parent, guardian, or person having lawful control of the student resides within the district.

SE REQUIERE PARA MATRICULACION:

 Prueba de Residencia (Se necesita un recibo de luz o agua a nombre del padre/guardián (tutor). Si no tiene un recibo de luz o agua a nombre del padre/guardián (tutor), presente un recibo actual de renta junto con un recibo del cobro de la luz o agua del dueño del lugar de renta. Si por alguna razón no se obtiene ningún recibo de luz, agua o renta entonces el padre/guardián (tutor) se le requerirá obtener una carta notariada donde se haga una declaración familiar (family affidavit). La carta será proporcionada por la Oficina de Servicios Estudiantiles  Acta de Nacimiento  Numero Social  Tarjeta de Vacunas  Identificación con foto de Padre / Guardián  Todos los documentos legales para situaciones especiales (sentencias de divorcio, la tutela legal, etc) debe ser presentado en el momento de la inscripción por el padre o la persona con control legal del estudiante.  Para Inscripción Abierta- No Residentes del RGCCISD, debe llenar una solicitud en la Oficina de Servicios Estudiantiles. (Transferencias entre distritos) QUIÉN ES ELEGIBLE? Para ser elegible, el estudiante deberá:  tener cuatro (4) años de edad para el 1° de Sept.  ser de bajos ingresos según las normas estatales; o  no hablar ni entender ingles; o  estar sin hogar; o  ser hijo/a de un miembro del servicio activo de las fuerzas armadas de los Estados Unidos, incluyendo las fuerzas militares del estado o un componente reservado de las fuerzas armadas, que sea llamado al servicio activo por las autoridades componentes; o  Ser hijo/a de un miembro de las fuerzas armadas, de los Estados Unidos, incluyendo las fuerzas militares del estado o un componente reservado de las fuerzas armadas, que fue herido o murió mientras que servía en servicio activo; o  estar en situación temporal de amparo. Todos los estudiantes que cumplan con los requisitos serán admitidos si sus padres, tutores o personas que tengan poder legal sobre ellos, residen en el distrito escolar.
