whose address is: 5700 Legacy Drive, Suite I0 Plano, TX 75024-4251 hereinafter called the Lessor and UNITED ST ATES OF AMERICA, hereafter call the Government WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to amend the above lease. The purpose of this Supplemental Lease Agreement (SLA) is to acknowledge the change to the Lessor's Name, DUNS, and TIN numbers. The Lessor, Barnett Interests, Inc., duly organized and existing under the laws of Texas, and the United States of America, enter into this agreement as of June 02, 20 I0. I . The pai1ies agree to the following facts: A. The Government, represented by various Contracting Officers of the General Services Administration, has entered into a lease for real Prope11y with Barnett Interests, Inc .. The term " Lease" as used in this Agreement refers to the original Lease and all subsequent modifications made by the Government and the Lessor prior to the effective date of the Agreement whether or not performance and payment have been completed and releases executed ifthe Government or the Lessor has any remaining rights, duties, or obligations under the Lease. B. The Existing Lessor, Barnett Interest, Inc, by virtue of, assignment of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale, has

assigned its rights to purchase to Parlnvood-Natchitoches, SSA, Ltd . .

C. This amendment accomplishes a change of name fo r the Lessor only and all rights and obligations of the Government and of the Lessor under the Lease are unaffected by this change. D. Lessor has provided the Government with documentary evidence of the change. E. Lessor has provided a GSA Form 3518 making Representations and Certifications for the business "Parkwood­

Nachitoches, SSA, Ltd." as identified in DUNS with the DUNS Identification Number (DUNS) of962294950 and

the Tax Identification Number(TIN) o F. Lessor has provided a revised SF 3881 (ACH Form) reflecting the new TIN. 2. In consideration of these facts, the parties agree that the lease covered by this Agreement is amended by: A. "Parkwood-Natchitoches, SSA, Ltd." is substituted for "Barnett Interests, Inc." wherever is appears in the contracts. B. DUNS "962294950" is substituted for DUNS "836112672" wherever it appears in the contracts.
